The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage guest relations effectively. Responsibilities Greet guests as they arrive and provide them with menus. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems, including XN POS Communicate wait times to guests and ensure they are comfortable while waiting. Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies. Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, ensuring that it is welcoming at all times. Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing excellent phone etiquette when taking reservations or answering questions. Support the team in delivering exceptional guest services and hospitality throughout the dining experience. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly XN POS, is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members. Experience in guest relations or hotel environments is beneficial.
