You will be responsible for maintaining a well-organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards, and providing friendly and efficient service. Responsibilities Check identification to verify legal drinking age. Craft a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails and original creations. Maintain a clean and organized bar area. Adhere to health and safety standards in beverage preparation. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and wines. Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience. Manage inventory and restock bar supplies. Process guest payments and maintain an accurate cash drawer. Collaborate with other staff members for seamless service delivery.
