Overview The Barback supports bartenders by ensuring the bar is stocked, clean, and operating efficiently. This behind-the-scenes role is essential to smooth bar operations and customer satisfaction. The Barback replenishes supplies, clears glassware, and assists in maintaining a clean and organized work area. This role will pay an hourly rate of $13.00 and is tip eligible Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline Responsibilities Stock bars with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, glassware, and other supplies Remove trash, empty bus tubs, and keep bar area clean and organized Assist bartenders with restocking and setting up for service Clean and polish bar tools, glasses, and equipment Maintain knowledge of product locations and assist in inventory rotation Support bartenders during busy periods to ensure timely service Follow health and safety regulations at all times Other duties as assigned by the bartender or manager Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Excellent time management and teamwork skills Must meet minimum age requirements to work in establishments serving alcohol Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Strengthened by our Differences.
