The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and customer service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, & cater their selections from from beginning to the end of their stay with us, maintaining your service area & the restaurant at large, and providing exceptional service in a fine dining environment. Responsibilities Learn all Food menus, Wine menus, & beverage offers with proficiency. Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit. Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of all guests. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately. Collaborate with Management & BOH staff to promote & to ensure seamless services. Stay updated on dining trends, new products, and menu offerings to enhance customer experience. Qualifications Proven experience as a Server in a fine dining or high-volume setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations. Familiarity with Toast POS point-of-sale systems is an advantage. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele, is a must. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
