Live-In Housekeeper- Boca Raton Location: Boca Raton, Fl, 33496 Start: Aug 4th or Aug 11th Compensation: $1800 - $1900 weekly Schedule: Full Time Live In Monday - Friday with flexibility for occasional weekends Description: Position Overview: A prominent, fast-paced household with 10 family membersincluding parents, seven children, and a grandparentis seeking an experienced and professional Full-Time Housekeeper to join a well-established domestic team. This role works in coordination with a 2nd live-in housekeeper , a full-time nanny , and a private chef to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall functionality of the estate. This position requires a detail-oriented, collaborative individual who thrives in a dynamic family setting. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, maintain discretion, and be accustomed to the standards of a high-service environment. Key Responsibilities: Full-charge housekeeping: daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and organizing of all living spaces Laundry duties for the entire household, including delicate items, children's clothing, linens, and wardrobe management Ironing and steaming garments and linens as needed Maintain household cleanliness and sanitation standards across multiple floors and family-use areas Work seamlessly alongside a live-in housekeeper to ensure daily and weekly task coverage Coordinate with the chef and nanny to ensure flow and efficiency throughout the home Support special projects such as holiday preparation, guest arrivals, and family events Occasional pet care or light errand running (as requested) Respect household routines, privacy, and preferences Ideal Candidate Will Have: Minimum 5 years of experience in private service, preferably in large or formal residences Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team Familiarity with proper care for fine materials, luxury furnishings, and high-end laundry High level of discretion, professionalism, and service-oriented mindset Ability to manage time efficiently, take direction, and stay organized in a busy home Experience working around children; comfortable in a family-centric environment Flexibility for occasional weekends, holidays, and special family events Additional Details: The household is fully staffed; you will never work alone Children are cared for by full-time nannies Share a bedroom with other staff member A professional chef manages all cooking This is a high-energy, loving household that values loyalty, commitment, and team players To Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief summary of your experience working in similar formal homes.
