This is a live-in position that includes a free 2-bedroom apartment (all utilities paid). Monthly pay ranges from $3,000 to $3,500 depending on experience and is negotiable. Performance bonuses up to $6,500/year are available. This position is open to either a single individual or a responsible two-person team willing to duties. Compensation can be discussed based on experience and team setup. The Role: This is a high-responsibility position that requires consistent onsite availability outside of scheduled time off. It's ideal for someone in a stable life phase looking for long-term housing and reliable income.
