Part-Time Dietary Aide - Adolescent Eating Disorder Program Location: Paoli, PA Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM Program Type: Outpatient (PHP/IOP) - Adolescents Summary: Join a dedicated team supporting adolescents in recovery. Our Part-Time Dietary Aide plays an important role in creating a safe, supportive environment by assisting with meal preparation, service, and kitchen maintenance in our eating disorder treatment program . This is a hands-on position that contributes directly to the healing process by ensuring meals are prepared and served according to clinical guidelines and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist with preparing and serving meals in accordance with portion guidelines and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining, and food service areas Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment Sweep and mop floors; dispose of waste according to safety protocols Restock supplies and assist with receiving and organizing food deliveries Support the dietary team and assist with cook duties as needed Provide friendly, respectful service to clients during meals Communicate any concerns to the Dining Services Manager or Supervisor Complete all required training and maintain a safe, compliant work environment Qualifications: Previous experience in food service preferred ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain upon hire Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness and safety Ability to work collaboratively in a behavioral healthcare setting Compassionate, professional demeanor with a commitment to client care Why Join Us?
