La Hostess si occupa di ricevere gli Ospiti nei Ristoranti del Resort, di accompagnarli ai tavoli, e gestire eventuali richieste particolari o reclami in coordinamento con il Maitre o il Restaurant Manager.

Nell'esecuzione dei propri compiti rispetta e si attiene alle norme igienico-sanitarie (HACCP) e agli standard operativi Lefay Resorts.

La Hostess di Sala risponde al Restaurant Manager.

CARATTERISTICHE:

Ottima conoscenza lingua Inglese e preferibilmente seconda lingua;

Forte orientamento all'Ospite;

Elegante e di portamento raffinato;

Non e richiesta esperienza pregressa in hotel di lusso.
