Job Description:

The hostess is responsible for greeting guests as they arrive, managing reservations and waitlists, and seating guests in a prompt and friendly manner. They ensure a positive first impression of the restaurant and assist in coordinating the dining room flow. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly

Manage reservation and seating systems

Escort guests to their tables and provide menus

Communicate wait times and special seating requests

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Prior customer service experience preferred
