Job Details HIRING SENIOR LINE COOK
Looking for an experienced line cook for a full-time position in a small restaurant in Lower Manhattan. Cook will be responsible for grilling steak during busy dinner service, and thus should have at least one year grill experience and should excel at cooking meat to temperature. Other responsibilities include prep and setting up the station before service, preparing family meal daily, and maintaining inventory of ingredients.

The cook should be able to work in a fast, clean, independent, and organized manner. Cooks will report directly to the head chef. Please respond to this posting with a CV or at least mention of previous restaurant experience, as well as possible start date.

Hours: 3pm11pm, TuesdaySaturday.

DOH card holders preferred.

SE BUSCA COCINERX EN LINEA SENIOR
Se busca cocinerx con experiencia en un restaurante pequeno en Downtown Manhattan. El cocinerx sera responsable de trabajar la parrilla durante el servicio de cena, cocinando carnes (especialmente cortes de res), por lo que se requiere al menos un ano de experiencia en parrilla y habilidad comprobada para cocinar carnes al punto.

Otras responsabilidades incluyen la preparacion y organizacion antes del servicio, la elaboracion diaria de la family meal, y el control del inventario de ingredientes.
