Chito Gvrito is hiring a dependable, hardworking Busser to join our team. We're a fast-paced Georgian restaurant focused on excellent service, a welcoming atmosphere, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently

• Carry plates and assist with bussing and food running as needed

• Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas

• Support servers and respond to guest needs with awareness and care

• Navigate stairs multiple times per shift

• Lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift

• Adapt to a fast-changing environment and remain aware of guest feedback

• Maintain knowledge of food and drink menus

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role

• Friendly, team-oriented attitude with cultural sensitivity

• Able to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule

• Physically able to stand and move for long periods

• Basic knowledge of cocktails is a plus

Physical & Service Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to go up and down stairs multiple times per shift

• Ability to carry multiple plates and bus tables as needed

• Willingness to assist wherever needed to support smooth service
