Lead Custodian

This position is key to making the building accessible, convenient and hospitable for members, staff and other users. This includes event room set-up/take-down, preventive maintenance, minor repair of building structures including carpentry, plumbing, painting, exterior surface patching/repair, HVAC, building systems, lighting, and grounds maintenance and snow removal and coordination of repairs/maintenance by contracted professionals.
Qualification Requirements;
Ability to work as a teammate with Custodian(s) and Operations Director;
License in a building systems maintenance/repair skill is desired;
Must earn a boiler specialist license within two months of employment
Must be able to handle multiple tasks per day;
Ability to communicate effectively;
Reliable attendance as scheduled
Valid drivers license and vehicle to pick-up supplies from vendors & suppliers.
