Job Description: Are you a friendly and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. From greeting guests with a warm smile to recommending menu items and delivering orders promptly, you'll be an essential part of creating memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Present menus and answer questions about menu items
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
  • Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience for guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
