Job Title: Bartender Cigar Lounge

Location: The Cigar Box Bar & Lounge, Westfield, Indiana Reports To: General Manager Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time Pay: Hourly + Tips (based on experience)

The Cigar Box Bar & Lounge is a premium cigar lounge offering a refined atmosphere, curated cigar selection, and elevated cocktail experiences. We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender who can deliver exceptional hospitality while maintaining knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and cigar pairings.

• Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails with precision and efficiency

• Engage guests with welcoming, professional service in a relaxed lounge environment

• Recommend drink and cigar pairings based on guest preferences

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times

• Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service

• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately

• Assist with inventory, restocking, and daily bar prep

• Uphold cigar lounge etiquette and educate guests unfamiliar with cigar culture

• Support lounge events and tastings as needed

• Follow all health and safety regulations

• 1+ years of bartending experience in upscale or craft cocktail environments

• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktail techniques, and mixology trends

• Interest or experience in cigar culture a plus (training provided)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a slower-paced, ambiance-driven setting

• Must be 21+ and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Familiarity with premium cigar brands and beverage pairing concepts

• Experience in a lounge, speakeasy, or hospitality-driven bar setting

• POS system proficiency (Toast, Square, etc.)

• Basic wine and beer knowledge

• Relaxed, respectful, and upscale work environment
