Assist guests by clearing dishes promptly, anticipating their needs, and keeping a smooth, steady dining pace.
Prepare high-quality coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte).
Maintain a clean and polished restaurant before, during, and after service.
Maintain a professional, composed demeanor at all times.

At least one year of fine dining experience (required no exceptions).
Strong sense of urgency, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Deep understanding of service flow and floor priorities.
Availability:
Open availability required (weekdays, weekends, and holidays) starting at 4:00 p.m.
