Back Waiter

This job posting is for part-time back waiter (busser) positions at Et Voila! French Bistro, voted best French restaurant for 5 years in a row and led by Chef Vincent Viale. The bistro emphasizes using organic and local ingredients, making everything in-house, and delivering high-quality dishes and impeccable service.

We're looking for fast, organized, and detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fine dining environment.

-Responsibilities:

Assist guests by clearing dishes promptly, anticipating their needs, and keeping a smooth, steady dining pace.

Prepare high-quality coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte).

Maintain a clean and polished restaurant before, during, and after service.

Maintain a professional, composed demeanor at all times.

-What Were Looking For:

At least one year of fine dining experience (required no exceptions).

Strong sense of urgency, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Deep understanding of service flow and floor priorities.

Availability:

Open availability required (weekdays, weekends, and holidays) starting at 4:00 p.m.
