Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to pet owners in a polite and timely manner, whether in person, over the phone, by email or text. Schedule and manage the flow of the appointment scheduler. Maintain a clean, stocked and orderly lobby and front office area. Perform opening and closing procedures, end of day reports and deposits. Data entry and medical record keeping. Maintain efficient and professional flow of information from clients to team. Respond with compassion and empathy in stressful and emotional situations This position require one closing shifts, until 8pm, and rotating weekends - Saturdays only. Closed on Sundays.
