This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and cleanliness, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. Experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and pans. Assist with food handling and storage to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Help with bussing tables and setting up banquet services as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Participate in cleaning tasks at the end of shifts, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Support other kitchen staff in various culinary tasks as required. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is a plus but not mandatory. Knowledge of food handling safety practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. Willingness to learn new culinary techniques and adapt to menu changes.
