As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining a superior level of service to Potter's customers to ensure our long-standing reputation of commitment. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience - managing orders, solving problems, and building lasting relationships with our customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and takes pride in getting the details right.

What You'll Do

Deliver Accuracy & Confidence: Review and confirm customer orders and pricing across the US, ensuring every detail is spot-on before fulfillment

Own the Order Process: Accurately enter customer orders into the system and ensure everything is set for smooth, on-time delivery.

Be the Voice of Potter: Provide timely, courteous, and professional support for customer orders and inquiries, upholding the responsiveness our brand is known for.

Create Customer Moments: Handle incoming calls, questions, and requests with care - even introducing customers to additional products when it's the right fit!

Stay Connected: Make follow-up and courtesy calls to keep customers informed, supported, and confident in their orders.

Support Sales Success: Respond to inquiries from our Sales team, providing them with the most up-to-date product info and order support.

Manage Returns with Care: Process customer returns efficiently and professionally, maintaining a smooth and positive experience.

Pitch In Where Needed: Embrace additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

What You Bring

Experience That Drives Success

High school diploma required, Associate's Degree or higher preferred.

Minimum of 1 year related experience in Customer Service - open to all backgrounds (hospitality, retail, etc).
