Banquet Barback Overview:

We are looking for a n efficient barback who can work with others to ensure that our guests receive friendly, prompt, and amazing customer service. As a Banquet Barback you will be responsible for ensuring the bar is clean and well stocked with napkins, straws, glassware, garnishes, and other necessities.

Responsibilities include :

• Assi st with opening and closing duties such as restocking the necessary items.

• Ensuring the bar is well stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer.

• Keeping the bar clean by wiping down surfaces using the proper chemicals

• Taking orders , preparing drinks, and processing payments while assisting bartenders.

• Speaking with guests, answering any questions, and handling complaints.

• Help to maintain usage reports and records.

• Ensuring deli vered items are stored properly.

• Assisting with events on property

Job Requirements:

• A keen eye for detail, time management and great customer service skills .

• P leasant and friendly demeanor.

• Weekend and late night availability

• Able to work as a team and independently.

• Flexible working hours.

• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.

• Physical mobility and stamina. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift 40 lbs.

• Ability to follow instructions.
