Eastern Point Collective is looking for a Pastry Cook to join our team in Capitol Hill. Youll work directly with Pastry Chef Rochelle Cooper on all aspects of our pastry programbreads, laminated doughs, plated desserts, and moreacross our three concepts: The Duck & The Peach , La Collina , and The Wells .

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid experience who wants to grow in a creative, supportive kitchen that values quality ingredients, collaboration, and consistency.

What were looking for:
At least 3 years of professional pastry experience
Strong production skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow recipes, manage time, and work independently
Weekend availability is a must
A team player who is positive, reliable, and eager to learn

What youll do:
Execute daily pastry prep and service items for multiple concepts
Maintain a clean and organized station
Collaborate on seasonal menu changes and new items
Uphold kitchen standards and support the team culture

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $23.00)
