Bartender

Bartender - On call/ as needed basis ONLY. Hiring ASAP. Serious inquiries only.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
• Process transactions accurately using Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders when applicable.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in bartending or food service is REQUIRED
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain health standards.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help team members when needed.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $20.50 - $21.50 per hour
