Barista Barback & Food Prep 2 - 3 days per week

Rise N Grind Coffee Co. is experiencing explosive growth and we are seeking the right candidate to join the winning team.

Ideal candidate:
18 years of age or older
Will have consistent weekend availability, at least 3 weekends per month (Sat & Sun 7:30am - 5:00pm)
Will have reliable transportation to and from work.
Has a friendly, cheerful demeanor and is committed to excellent customer service.
Is teachable and willing to learn.
Is neat in appearance, clean, and well groomed.
Will thrive in a fast paced demanding work environment.
Is available to start immediately.

Job duties will include:

Operating our cold brew express bar as a barista
Preparing and assembling orders for sandwiches, cannolis, and toasted bagels
Using the convection oven to prepare our candied bacon and sandwich components.
Brewing coffee
Re-filling ice bins
Assisting to restock the coffee bar during service
Assist in washing dishes, cleaning, restocking, and prep after closing.

Consistent availability for MOST weekends year round is an absolute requirement. Thursday 9am - 3pm shift is also available. You will also be given the option to work additional hours during the week to assist with cleaning, prep, and logistics if you want to earn extra money.

Compensation and Benefits:
$16.00 / hr starting pay + tips
Tips avg. $2 - $5+ per hr.
