Patient & Family Concierge – Entry-Level & Senior Opportunities

Schedule:

Full-Time: 3 12-hour shifts per week

The Nursing Support position requires the availability to work rotating, 12-hour shifts. Shifts are scheduled on a rotating basis meaning you are required to work daylight, evening, overnights, weekends, and holidays and having full open rotating availability 7 days a week.

No prior experience required for entry-level role

Entry Level: No experience required | Starts at $18.00/hr

Senior Level: 6+ months of experience| Starts at $18.40/hr

Overview: Join our team as a Patient & Family Concierge , where you'll play a vital non-clinical support role enhancing the hospital experience for patients, families, and visitors. With responsibilities that span multiple departments—including transport, dietary, environmental services, and guest support—this is a dynamic, service-focused position designed to create a positive first and lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors, offering directions and escorting as needed

• Deliver meals, water, and nourishments to patient rooms

• Transport patients and essential equipment or specimens throughout the facility

• Restock supplies, organize common areas, and support room readiness

• Answer phones, respond to call lights under supervision, and round hourly to assess patient needs

• Assist with unit-specific non-clinical tasks, including paperwork distribution and maintaining family lounges

This is a non-clinical role. Responsibilities do not include direct patient care (e.g., bathing, feeding, mobility assistance, IV/lead management).
