Cleaner - Lead

Our client, a commercial janitorial services provider , is seeking a Lead Cleaner to join their team. As a Lead Cleaner , you will be part of the Facilities Operations Department supporting on-site cleaning crews . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership , attention to detail , and a hands-on work ethic , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lead Cleaner
Location: Savannah, GA
Pay Range: $18.00/hr

• Hours are 3-11:30, Monday-Friday
  Supervise and support a small team of cleaners during evening shifts

• Inspect buildings to ensure cleanliness standards are met

• Perform cleaning duties alongside team (sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc.)

• Communicate with management regarding supply needs or performance concerns

• Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

• Must pass background check and have reliable transportation
