Housekeeper & Restroom Attendant

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sanitize and maintain guest and team member restrooms before, during, and after events
  • Service and clean guest suites prior to event start or client arrival
  • Assist Venue Operations with room openings and turnovers as needed
  • Locate, prepare, and steam linens for event setup
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment at all times
  • Replenish restroom supplies including paper products, hand soap, sanitizer, and C-fold towels
  • Keep restroom counters, sinks, and floors neat, dry, and free of debris
  • Maintain stocked and organized supply cabinets in designated restrooms
  • Complete the housekeeping checklist after each restroom service for tracking

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior hospitality or event experience preferred
  • Good verbal communication skills with ability to interact effectively with guests and team members

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs; push, pull, load, and unload up to 80 lbs
  • Regular, punctual attendance required
  • Manual dexterity to handle supplies and equipment
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and work in confined spaces for extended periods
