What Youll Do:
Work closely with ownership and the culinary team to develop and execute seasonal menus
Oversee daily kitchen operations: ordering, prep, line flow, staff management
Train, mentor, and manage a talented BOH crew
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and consistency
Monitor food costs, waste, and inventory
Bring fresh ideas and a collaborative spirit to the kitchen
Who You Are:
35+ years of kitchen leadership experience (CDC or Sous Chef)
A hands-on chef who leads by example
Comfortable with both fine dining technique and soulful, rustic food
Strong communicator with a calm, professional presence under pressure
Passionate about local ingredients, sustainability, and seasonality
Reliable, organized, and ready to take ownership
