Now Hiring For:
Host/Hostess: You're the first and last impression. Confident, welcoming, and organized with great communication.

Servers: Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable about Italian cuisine and wine. You create unforgettable guest experiences.

Bartenders: Craft great cocktails and pour with personality. Must know classic Italian aperitifs and have bar experience.

Expo (Expeditors): Detail-oriented and calm under pressure. Youre the bridge between kitchen and floor.

Shift Leaders: Experienced and motivated. You lead by example, keep service smooth, and support your team.

What Were Looking For:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (2+ for leadership/bartender preferred)

Excellent communication and teamwork

Passion for food, people, and hospitality

Ability to multitask under pressure

Must have valid work authorization in Canada

Serving It Right certification (for alcohol service roles)
