The newly renovated Living Room at W Hoboken is looking for a charismatic, service-driven Living Room Manager to lead operations and set the tone for one of Hobokens most iconic lounge spaces.

About the Living Room:

More than just a bar or lobby lounge, the Living Room is the social heartbeat of the W a stylish, welcoming space where locals and guests connect over craft cocktails, curated bites, and dynamic programming.

The Role:

Were looking for a true ambassador someone who thrives on engaging with guests, building community, and elevating every interaction. The Living Room Manager is responsible for daily operations, team leadership, and ensuring that every guest experience reflects the bold, welcoming energy of the W brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the face of the Living Room, engaging guests and creating memorable moments
  • Manage daily lounge operations with style and precision
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a front-of-house team
  • Uphold Ws service culture and brand standards
  • Collaborate on programming, events, and partnerships
  • Maintain a seamless guest experience from day to night

What Were Looking For:

  • 3+ years of hospitality leadership experience (hotel/lounge experience a plus)
  • Proven track record as a guest-facing leader and brand ambassador
  • Strong service and team-building skills
  • Passion for hospitality, style, and storytelling
  • A natural presence and ability to connect with diverse guests

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($80,000.00 - $90,000.00)
