As the Lead Line Cook, you will be responsible for ensuring that every dish is prepared to perfection and maintaining the quality and consistency that our guests expect. Youll work closely with the kitchen team and chef, to keep things running smoothly, lead by example, and provide support and guidance to junior cooks.
