Housekeeper/Porter

Housekeeper/Porter at C. Ellet's Steakhouse

We are looking for a Porter to join our team of hospitality professionals. Hourly pay starts at $18/hour.

What are the responsibilities?

• Mopping, sweeping, sanitizing and dusting of kitchen, dining room, patios, and bathrooms
• Deep cleaning activities (high-dusting, wood-polishing, steam-cleaning)
• Sprucing up hallways, restrooms, dining rooms
• Irons tablecloths, folds linens
• Restocks supplies, like soap, linens, guest amenities
• Making sure everything shines, from carpets to furniture
• Polishing china, glass, silverware as needed
• Removes trash and garbage to designated areas

What are the requirements?

• Weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) availability required
• Must be 18 years of age or older

• 1+ year(s) of relevant utility, porter, housekeeper experience

• Able to move and/or lift heavier product

• Able to stand for long periods of time; occasionally kneel, bend, and crouch as required to reach items at varying height levels

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment calmly and effectively
