Event Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Events Coordinator to handle the tactical execution and administrative operations that keep our events program running smoothly. This role will execute standard corporate events, manage critical administrative processes, and support high-profile activations under guidance. You'll be the operational foundation that enables our team to deliver 200+ events annually. Skills Event coordination, administrative skills, project management, operations, Project coordination Additional Skills & Qualifications Event Execution Execute standard corporate poker experiences and smaller activations across all locations Coordinate instructor scheduling and deployment nationwide Manage venue communications and day-of event setup Support high-profile consumer activations under Sr. Manager guidance Oversee execution of virtual events and lessons Execute standard client onboarding processes Administrative Operations Management Daily: Manage support inbox and customer service inquiries Daily: Process teacher travel expense approvals/rejections and provide expense support Weekly: Execute consumer class staffing and handle customer service requests Weekly: Process instructor invoices Bi-weekly: Collect and process card expenses and expense reporting Bi-weekly: Coordinate merchandise/inventory management and vendor relationships Client & Contract Support Handle day-to-day client communications and prep calls Process client contracts and track redlines Support renewal processes and client satisfaction initiatives Maintain event databases and comprehensive documentation Track expenses and support budget monitoring Instructor Workforce Support Execute instructor scheduling across all events Provide administrative coordination for instructor programs Support training initiatives and quality assurance processes Coordinate instructor deployment logistics
