What You Will Do: Work as a team to support each other and make every event run smoothly. Set up / breakdown banquet meeting space per BEO instructions (silverware, glasses, plates, salt/pepper, sugar, etc.) Serve plated meals, buffet items, and beverages to guests according to the details of the BEO. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of banquet spaces, before, during and after events Observe Health Department guidelines for food handling and sanitationWhat We Are Looking For: No experience? No problem! If you have a great attitude and love teamwork, well teach you the rest Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, & holidays 6 months serving experience in a Banquet, Restaurant, or F&B Operation Food safety certificate or completion within 30 days of employment Ability to carry an ovalWhy Atrium?
