Call Center Customer Experience Representative (In Person - Honolulu)

Key Responsibilities
+ Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customer calls.
+ Provide clear, accurate information and resolve inquiries efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
+ Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with care.
+ Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and performance expectations.
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service (experience in retail, sales, or financial services is a plus).
+ Previous call center experience is preferred.
+ Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
+ Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
+ Comfortable using computers and navigating online systems.
Compensation
+ $20/hour, paid weekly
Schedule
+ Training Hours: Monday Friday, 10:30 AM 7:00 PM
+ Call Center Hours: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM, 10:30 AM 7:00 PM, 7 days a week
+ Shifts: May vary depending on business needs. Weekend availability is required.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
