Description:

This full-time position involves performing janitorial duties at an airport in Duluth, MN, and a manufacturing facility in Cloquet, MN. Candidates must be physically capable of standing and walking for up to 8 hours per day, including climbing stairs. Flexibility is key, as the role requires covering a variety of shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. to support staffing needs or fill in for absent team members. Applicants must successfully complete a comprehensive background check, including fingerprinting, as required for Department of Homeland Security clearance. This process may take between 1 to 3 weeks.

Requirements

• Have a valid Driver's License
• Own a reliable personal vehicle
• Able to move at a fast pace
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
• You must be 18 years old.
• A background check is required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Job Duties: As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you'll be:

• Taking out the trash
• Sanitizing
