Job Position: Part-time Custodian
Less than 30 hours a week.
Pay: $8.00 to $11.02 per hour. Will depend on the experience. Employer is willing to train.
Work Week: Monday - Friday beginning at 8:00am.
The part time Custodian is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to cleaning and the up keeping of the South Plains Community building(s) and will be responsible for providing custodial services. This involves daily schedule routines and other occasional duties as assigned, daily office and building cleaning and potentially minor maintenance repairs. Custodian duties will include cleaning bathrooms, floors, keep grounds clean and safe. Be able to lift heavy furniture up to 100lbs with assistance. Pick up donations for the Hockley County Food box and attend food drives and other functions as needed. Must possess and maintain valid Texas driver's license. QUALIFICATIONS
High school Diploma or general GED - not required but is a plus.
12 months related experience is welcomed but not required. Employer is willing to train.
Must be willing to take and pass a drug/alcohol test and comply with the Drug Free agency policy.
Must possess and maintain valid Texas motor vehicle operator's permit of appropriate classification and endorsement as required.
Must agree to maintain a satisfactory MVR and minimum requirement of insurability as required by law.
MVR and criminal background checks may be conducted by the agency.
