Job Description

Express is now hiring for a Hood Cleaning Technician at a Commercial Services company based out of Olympia, WA. This is an evaluation-to-permanent opportunity. The schedule will be Monday through Friday overnight shifts. The compensation for this position will be $22/hr to start, with pay increases once hired permanently. This company offers benefits.

Job Duties:

• Pressure wash, Scrub, scrape, and clean grease buildup from restaurant kitchen hoods, ducts, and exhaust systems at various locations

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of heavy-duty kitchen equipment

• Drive to different restaurant locations (travel time is paid)

• Follow safety and sanitation standards for all cleaning tasks

Job Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role preferred

• Must be able to handle physically demanding work and be comfortable getting dirty

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

• Must be able to work independently and follow detailed instructions

• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight spaces
