WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A RESIDENTIAL DOORPERSON / CONCIERGE

• Welcoming Ambassador: Greet residents and visitors with a friendly smile and genuine warmth. Your positive energy and exceptional customer service skills will set the tone for a welcoming atmosphere within the community.
• Safety : Maintaining a watchful eye on the premises, contributing to a safe and secure environment.
• Relationship Building: Offering a helping hand and a listening ear to residents' needs, from insider recommendations to friendly chats.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with our wonderful team to orchestrate s eamless arrivals and departures, and provide best in class customer service.

COMPENSATION

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Anticipated hourly range: $21.00 - $22.00

Actual base salary within the anticipated range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors.

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday: 3pm - 11:30pm (off Saturday and Sunday)
