As Kitchen Manager, You Will

  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen and breakfast program, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • Lead and support the breakfast attendant team, providing training and ensuring high standards are consistently met
  • Plan, order, and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies
  • Create and manage the weekly schedule for the kitchen team, ensuring adequate coverage based on business needs
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with hotel leadership to continuously improve the guest breakfast experience
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of all kitchen areas and equipment
  • Perform light food prep and occasional dishwashing duties as needed
  • Work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends
  • Other duties as required

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in a kitchen leadership role (hotel or breakfast program experience considered an asset)
  • Valid Food Handling Certification required
  • Knowledge of safe food storage and preparation practices
  • Experience with scheduling and managing small teams
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
