Front Desk Representative (On Call)

We are seeking an On-Call Front Desk Representative to deliver outstanding customer service at our front desk, creating a warm, secure, and friendly atmosphere for our community.

**Shift Availability:** flexibility to cover all three shifts: - Must be willing to learn and cover all three shifts as needed:

**Cary Location:** - Shifts: 7 AM - 3 PM, 3 PM - 11 PM, 11 PM - 7 AM - Pay Rate: $17/hour

What will I do every day?

• Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the community
• Assist residents with requests as needed
• Answer incoming calls
• Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
• Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel

What will I need to be successful in this role?

• Bring a smile to work every day
• Have excellent customer service skills
• 6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experience
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Senior Living experience a plus
• Hotel experience a plus
