Job Overview:
The Club Lounge Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in the hotels exclusive club lounge. This role involves a variety of duties, including food and beverage service, guest assistance, and maintaining the overall ambiance of the lounge.
Responsibilities
- Guest Service:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Anticipate and address guest needs, offering personalized service.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
- Food and Beverage Service:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards.
- Stock and maintain the lounge with appropriate supplies.
- Ensure proper food presentation and temperature control.
- Clean and sanitize work areas regularly.
- Lounge Maintenance:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lounge.
- Restock supplies as needed.
- Monitor the lounge environment, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
- Address any maintenance issues promptly.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Complete daily checklists and reports.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory control and ordering.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Food Handlers Certification (if required by local regulations).
