Were looking for a sharp, polished, and service-focused Cocktail Server to join the Pearl Box team. This role is all about creating a warm, attentive, and elevated guest experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine love of hospitality

• Take and serve drink and food orders efficiently and accurately

• Confidently describe and guide guests through our cocktail, wine, and small plates menu

• Anticipate guest needs and maintain a high-touch level of service throughout the evening

• Collaborate closely with the bar and host teams to ensure smooth service

• Support setup and breakdown of the space before and after service

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas

Requirements:

• 12 years experience in a cocktail, wine bar, or upscale hospitality setting

• Strong knowledge of spirits and cocktailsor a willingness to learn quickly

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

• Grace under pressure and a naturally gracious demeanor

• Availability on evenings and weekends

Bonus Points For:

• Wine knowledge or caviar service experience

• Interest in private events and activations

• Familiarity with Toast and Opentable

Compensation: Hourly ($11.00) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $1,500
