Job Summary:

We are hiring Line Cooks and Sous Chefs who are dedicated to their craft and excited to grow within a team of culinary professionals. Whether you are working the line or leading kitchen operations, your skills and creativity will help shape the Bardea dining experience.

Key Responsibilities: Line Cook:
  • Prepare and execute menu items with precision, consistency, and efficiency.

  • Maintain high culinary standards while ensuring food quality and presentation.

  • Assist with ingredient preparation, station setup, and maintaining cleanliness .

  • Follow recipes, portioning, and plating guidelines .

  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations .

Sous Chef:
  • Oversee kitchen operations and support the Executive Chef.

  • Lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and teamwork.

  • Assist in menu development, inventory management, and ordering supplies .

  • Maintain quality control and uphold restaurant standards.

  • Ensure full compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines .

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen (Italian cuisine experience is a plus!).

  • Passion for cooking with strong attention to detail .

  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, team-oriented environment .

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to excellence .

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices .

  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
