Wilmington Area!!! Full-time Janitorial Workers Needed for 1st shift!! Immediate start!

Looking for a dependable person with Janitorial experience in a commercial setting.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms, in a clean and organized state.

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.

Ensure facilities are well-stocked with necessary supplies.

Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.

On occasion will need to break up accumulated ice in the deep freezer

Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds, and move around the facility.
• Able to work in very cold environment.
• Good customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively.
• Attention to detail - meticulous.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Able to work as a team or work independently.
