Misericordia's Hearts and Flour Bakery and Cafe is currently hiring for a Kitchen Aide! The Bakery and Café Aide’s core purpose is to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Bakery and Café. Additionally, the Bakery and Café Aide will assist with additional tasks and special events as needed to support Misericordia Hearts & Flour Bakery and Café business objectives.
Qualifications
- General understanding of equipment used in a Bakery and Café.
- Be highly reliable and punctual
- Enjoy working in a team environment and building great relationships with their co-workers.
- Can work quickly, embrace and learn new information, multi-task, and incorporate feedback into personal performance.
- Perform various physical tasks during the work shift.
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Able to work Weekends, Holidays and Morning/Early Afternoon Shifts
- Previous experience working in a kitchen/restaurant environment, preferred
- GED/HSD not required
- Kitchen aide pay rate: $18.75/hr
