Job Description:

SCOPE: Welcomes all incoming patients / guests to the Cancer Center as they arrive in the patient drop off area while maintaining a steady flow of traffic. Assesses the reason for the visit, communicates to other Guest Services team, and delivers to a Transporter / Receptionist. Responsible for assisting patient upon exit of the Cancer Center.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Greats all incoming patients & guest in a personable & welcoming manner and assists as they are exiting

2. Obtain accurate patient information to relay to Guest Services team
3. Maintaining steady flow to avoid unnecessary wait for guests
4. Transports Patients to their appointments

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience required
• Experience in a medical facility assisting patients preferred
