Responsibilities
Picture yourselfbeing a Baristaat Big Sky Resort and having the opportunity to:
- Provide amazing service for our guests whileworking thecounter/coffee station areawith a smile
- Demonstrateexcellent communication skills that allowyou to deal with all guests in a positive manner
- Follow established procedures, systems and processes to perform all duties including completing orders, cash handling, guest check out, organizing and stocking items
- Maintain attention to detail while making drink orders
- Demonstrate receptiveness to obtain an elevated knowledge of Big Sky Resort and the community, to share information with guests
- Showcase your cleanlinessstandards bymaintainingthe counter/coffee station and surrounding area inimpeccable order
- Learn and follow our Boyne Standards and Boyne Basics to better serve our guests
As a Barista at Big Sky Resort, you will:
- Serve guests efficiently and warmly at the counter and coffee station, ensuring each interaction is positive and personalized
- Prepare high-quality drink orders with care and consistency, maintaining attention to detail in every step
- Follow established procedures for order processing, cash handling, and guest checkout
- Keep all supplies organized and well-stocked throughout the day
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-ordered work area at all times
- Share helpful information about Big Sky Resort and the surrounding community to enhance the guest experience
- Uphold our Boyne Standards and Boyne Basics to ensure every guest encounter reflects our values
Qualifications
What You'll Do:
- Passion for guest service and a genuine interest in hospitality
- A polite and professional demeanor with a welcoming presence
- A “how can I help you?” attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
- Commitment to clean work habits and safe practices
- Willingness to follow established service procedures
- Flexible availability for morning, midday, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Ability to lift, push, pull at least 25 pounds
