Responsibilities
As a Cashier at Big Sky Resort, you will:
- Provide quick, courteous, and accurate service at the point of sale with a positive attitude
- Communicate clearly with guests and team members, creating a smooth checkout experience
- Follow established procedures for handling transactions, cash, and credit card processing
- Keep the checkout area organized, stocked, and impeccably clean
- Assist with restocking and light prep as needed, and step into support roles to help the larger team
- Share helpful information about Big Sky Resort and the surrounding area to enhance the guest experience
- Uphold cleanliness, safety, and service standards in line with Boyne Basics and Boyne Standards
Qualifications

- Passion for guest service and a genuine interest in hospitality
- Polite and professional demeanor in all guest interactions
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability for doing tasks right the first time
- Comfort with repetitive tasks and consistent performance in a fast-paced environment
- Clean and safe work habits with strong attention to detail
- Availability for a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift, push or pull at least 35 pounds
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
- Must be able to climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Must be able to carry a full tray with either hand
