Responsibilities
As a Dishwasher at Big Sky Resort, you will:
- Support the culinary team by maintaining a clean, organized dish area throughout service
- Stay on top of dish volume to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted kitchen flow
- Operate dish machines and follow safety and sanitation standards
- Help maintain kitchen cleanliness beyond the dish station, including trash, floors, and general back-of-house upkeep
- Communicate clearly with leaders and teammates, and pitch in wherever needed to support the guest experience
- Uphold Big Sky’s standards of cleanliness, safety, and teamwork throughout every shift
Qualifications

- Ability to stay focused and efficient with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Patience and professionalism under pressure
- Attention to safe practices and a clean, organized work space
- Willingness to follow procedures and work as part of a larger team
- Availability for early, midday, or evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift, push or pull at least 35 pounds
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
- Must be able to climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Must be able to carry a full tray with either hand
