Ski Valet

As a Ski Valet at Big Sky Resort, you'll create an unforgettable first and last impression for our guests. This role is all about delivering prompt, courteous service while assisting guests with their winter sports equipment to ensure a seamless ski-in/ski-out experience. You'll help store and retrieve gear, keep the area organized, and provide insight into current ski conditions—all while representing the high standards of Big Sky hospitality.

• Greet guests and handle storage and retrieval of skis, snowboards, and boots with care
• Maintain a clean and organized ski valet area at all times
• Ensure guest belongings are stored securely and treated with respect
• Offer friendly advice and guidance on ski conditions and mountain navigation
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately for any rental-related transactions
• Remain calm and in control in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
• Support the overall guest experience by being responsive and proactive with guest needs

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellent guest service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with ski and snowboard equipment required
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Must be able to work on your feet at least 8 hours a day
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Previous experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus
