Were looking for a line cook who can execute with precision, show up with heart, and bring excellence to every shift. Youll help prep and serve our signature burritos with speed, consistency, and care, always using local & thoughtfully sourced, high quality ingredients. What Youll Do:
Prep, cook, and serve burritos and simple sides with speed and consistency
Follow set recipes and batch prep systems to maintain quality and efficiency
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization in a compact trailer kitchen
Bring a positive, team-focused attitude to weekend service and events
Support the kitchen lead or chef as needed with setup, breakdown, and restocking

Bonus Points If You:
Have experience in food trucks, casual kitchens, or high volume service
